Refund Policy

At Mosaic Gallery, we take pride in creating unique, personalized mosaics that capture your memories. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once the mosaic has been designed and approved.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read the details below.

1. Order Errors

If your mosaic arrives with a printing or design error that was not approved by you, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or correction at no extra cost.

2. Design Approval

Before printing, we provide a digital preview of your mosaic. It is important that you review and approve this preview carefully. Once approved, we cannot accept refund requests for changes to color, layout, or image selection.

3. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your mosaic is damaged in transit or lost, please contact us immediately. We may require photographic evidence of damage. We will arrange a replacement shipment as quickly as possible.

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once the mosaic design process has begun. If you wish to cancel before design starts, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
