• You are responsible for providing accurate information, including images, contact details, and shipping address.

• All mosaics are personalized and created based on your uploaded images.
• You will receive a digital preview for approval before printing.
• Once approved, mosaics cannot be cancelled, refunded, or altered except in cases of manufacturing errors.

• We deliver to addresses within the UK. International shipping may be offered separately.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Mosaic Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.
• Risk passes to you once the mosaic is shipped.

• Mosaic Gallery retains all rights to designs, website content, and software.
• By uploading your images, you grant us permission to use them solely for the creation of your mosaic.
• You retain ownership of your photos and personal content.

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Attempt to manipulate or misuse our website, software, or services.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Exceptions are limited to:
